You must login to your account on the main site before you can post on the forum.
Once you have logged in, simply click the forum tab to get to the forum.
If you want to post you must go into the category you want to post in and then click "Create a new topic" |

If you want to private message someone please use the message system on the main site.
To get to this you must click on the "My Account" tab and then click the button named "Message System" on the left. |

To change your avatar simply go to "Account settings" under the "My Account" Tab  |
